Founder & Lead Clinician
Meet Shay Malone
Shay Malone brings over 20 years of experience in mental health and education to 360 Citizens. As a single parent to neurodivergent children with ADHD herself, Shay's work is rooted in both professional expertise and lived experience — which means the support here is never theoretical.
Shay is a Resident in Counseling in Virginia, working toward full licensure under clinical supervision. Her specialization in trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming care reflects a career spent at the intersection of mental health, special education advocacy, and family systems.
360 Citizens was built on the belief that neurodivergent families deserve support that actually fits — that sees the whole person, honors their strengths, and doesn't pathologize difference. Shay built this practice to bridge the gaps between family knowledge and professional services. The goal? For everyone to feel safe, seen, and supported; to reduce domestic violence; to improve the future.
Supervision Disclosure
Shay Malone is a Resident in Counseling in Virginia and provides all counseling services under the supervision of a licensed clinical supervisor. All coaching and assessment services are provided independently.
Clinical Philosophy
Trauma and neurodivergence are deeply intertwined — and most assessment and treatment models were not built with that intersection in mind. At 360 Citizens | Family Wellness Collective, every service is designed to hold both at once.
The goal is never compliance or conformity. It's clarity, connection, and capacity — helping families understand themselves and each other so they can build lives that actually work.
